When shopping around for dentists, I saw a review from a co-worker and decided to try, and it has been a great experience so far. I had a broken tooth, and Dr Slater gave me all the options and her honest opinion on each procedure between having a bridge or a root canal. After weighting with pros and cons of each I ended up doing a root canal. She was very kind throughout the entire procedure, always checking to make sure I was okay and not in pain, and adding more anesthesia whenever it was needed. I had never had dental surgery before, so this positive first experience really helped ease my discomfort about going to the dentist. It changed my perspective, and now I feel more at ease and even a bit eager to go back, without that fear in the back of my mind. Regarding the customer service, I always get reminder emails/calls for upcoming appointments and they provide a summary of your next procedure with the costs and work with you to schedule them. I strongly recommend this place 10/10.

I had a wonderful experience at College Station Dental & Orthodontics! Every member of staff from the receptionist, xray technician, Dr. Newman, and hygienist were kind and knowledgeable. My hygienist, Kaylee, took her time explaining each step of the cleaning to me and checked in often to make sure I was comfortable. If you have anxiety about going to the dentist, I would highly recommend going here for a compassionate dental experience!

I had my first appointment here for a regular cleaning and it went so much better than I expected. Everyone was very nice and patient. The specialists who took my x-rays/did my consultation and did my cleaning were all very gentle. It was a long appointment because it was my first time going into this office so I would take that into account for your scheduling, but otherwise you’ll be in great hands. Also they were very transparent about prices and procedures throughout my appointment and helped me navigate my insurance. I’ll definitely be coming back for future procedures.

This was our first time coming here. CSD&O was able to accommodate our family of 4 for our 6-month check-up/cleanings which is difficult to plan. We were in/out within an hour which was amazing. The staff was nice and friendly and knowledgeable on how to bill BCBS FEP members (something we have struggled with in the past with other dentist offices). Oh, and the music was on point with them playing all the hits from the 90s-00s. We will definitely be returning to this awesome office.

We had two appointments scheduled for the same time and we were out in 45 minutes! It was my kids first time going to the Dentist and the hygienist Dani and Dr. Newman made them feel so comfortable. All staff were warm and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

I love this place. My hygienist, Danny, was incredible. I left feeling better about my teeth and also feeling encouraged to take small steps to improve my habits of flossing that are currently lacking. She was so kind and encouraging. Dr. Newman was also great at answering questions about my concerns and helping me know how to best address them. I highly recommend this team as a whole. I have a great experience every time.

First of all thank you for getting me in fast. I called and they got me into the office the next morning. The staff was so welcoming and warm hearted. My insurance didn't cover my dental work, but they got me on a plan to pay out my bill. I needed my teeth to be pulled, while waiting on a permit from my doctor to get them abstracted, they still managed to get it done the same day. I am so thankful on how the staff and doctor helped me. I will never forget them and would recommend this dentist office to everyone

I had a great experience here as a new patient. I came to get a second opinion on a cleaning and they were honest and affordable. I don’t have insurance, so it was important to me that I wasn’t going to have to spend a fortune on my visit. The cleaning was gentle and effective and I’ll be coming back to this office for regular care.
